Do you perform a setup on guitars before they are sent out?
Yes, our in-house luthiers perform a multi-point inspection and a professional setup on every guitar to ensure optimal playability right out of the box.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Do your used guitars come with a warranty?
All used gear undergoes rigorous testing. While manufacturer warranties may not apply, Replay Guitars provides a 90-day functional warranty on all pre-owned instruments.
