Many peoples first introduction to Phil X would have no doubt come from the Fretted Americana Youtube channel where he would demo vintage guitars. However, Phil X is also a notable session player and is currently the guitar player for Bon Jovi, having replaced Ritchie Sambora.
It also stands to reason that Phil X has a range of signature guitars with Framus, including the cost affordable D-Series Artist line. Utilising an all Mahogany construction with an Ebony fretboard, the Phil XG also boasts a great sounding pair of Seymour Duncan pickups, and one of the chunkiest necks we've come across. Half a baseball bat would be the most apt comparison.
Cosmetic condition is good with very minor wear and swirl marks. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low-medium action. Includes an aftermarket gig bag.
